What is the Entry-Level Jeep Gladiator?
Maintaining its leadoff position in the Gladiator lineup is the Sport trim, featuring a potent V6 engine paired to a six-speed manual transmission and Command-Trac part-time 4×4. While it may be the Gladiator’s entry-level, its features never fail to excite with a wide range of impressive features. First and foremost, the Gladiator is the only truck in its class to feature open-air freedom with a fold-down windshield and a removable top and doors. Other exterior features include 17-inch steel wheels, 32-inch all-season tires, a premium black soft top, black fender flares, and more. Getting inside, you’ll immediately notice the cabin has been upgraded from years past, most notably with the all-new 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 infotainment touchscreen. Other interior features include premium cloth upholstery, push-button ignition, eight speakers, and wireless Apple/Android smartphone integration, among others.

Get More from Sport S
The Sport S trim follows in the Sport’s footsteps with most of its features while introducing new ones. For example, the exterior is upgraded with body-color fender flares, a Gorilla Glass windshield, a power-locking tailgate, heated/power-adjustable side mirrors, and 17-inch alloy wheels. Stepping behind the wheel, you’ll find the addition of power door locks and power windows. Gladiator Sport S drivers also gain enhanced safety with adaptive cruise control with stop and go, automatic emergency braking, forward collision mitigation, advanced brake assist, and more.

What Makes the Gladiator Rubicon So Special?
Jeep introduced the Rubicon in 2003 to conquer the toughest terrain imaginable, hence being named after America’s toughest off-roading trail, California’s Rubicon Trail. The Gladiator Rubicon swaps Command-Trac 4×4 out for the more capable Rock-Trac 4×4. This system is designed for tackling steep, jagged terrain with a 4:1 transfer case gear ratio in 4-Low, emitting more torque at lower speeds. Rock-Trac 4×4 is only the beginning of the Rubicon’s legendary capability. The legendary 4×4 system is accompanied by an electronic sway bar disconnect, 33-inch all-terrain tires, high-strength steel skid plates, high-clearance fender flares, FOX shock absorbers, and locking front and rear differentials. In 2024, the all-new Rubicon X joins the Gladiator lineup, adding premium features like a winch-capable steel front bumper, a forward-facing off-road camera, a heated steering wheel, heated front seats, a removable wireless speaker, and 12-way power-adjustable front seats.

Tear Up the Sand with Mojave
Rounding out the 2024 Jeep Gladiator lineup is the Mojave trim. While the entire Gladiator lineup comes with a ‘Trail Rated’ badge, the Mojave trim is the only Jeep model with a Desert Rated badge, symbolizing that it is created for tearing up loose sand with confidence. The mojave trim features a performance-style hood with a functional hood scoop, 33-inch all-terrain tires, a one-inch front suspension lift, 2.5-inch FOX gas-charged internal bypass shocks, a locking rear differential, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and performance seat bolsters. The Mojave trim is also eligible for the aforementioned ‘X’ package and its impressive features.
