How is the Renegade powered?

No matter what trim level of the 2023 Jeep Renegade you go with, it will come with the same impressive engine! When you lift up the hood, you will be treated to a turbocharged 1.3-liter four-cylinder which pushes out 177 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque. The engine will pair with a nine-speed automatic transmission, giving you a smooth ride on and off the road. The base trim will come with front-wheel-drive, though all-wheel-drive is standard for those who want a little more traction for tackling the trails. All other trims come with all-wheel-drive as standard. If you go with the Trailhawk trim, you get a specialized four-wheel-drive system. You will always enjoy the drive with the Renegade!

Standard features for the Jeep Renegade

On top of the impressive power that the Renegade possesses, this remarkable SUV also has many features, even on the base trim level. That base trim is the Altitude, and it comes with an 8.4-inch touchscreen with a  Uconnect 4 system with Android Auto, Apple Carplay, and SiriusXM. You will also get a tremendous amount of safety systems that will keep you and your family secure, including blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-path detection, lane-departure warning with lane-keep assist, forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, and a backup camera. You can also opt for the Premium Group, which has an auto-dim rear mirror, power eight-way driver’s seat with a two-way lumbar adjuster, heated front seats, heated steering wheel, windshield wiper deicer, roof rails, and cornering fog lamps.

What do higher trims of the Renegade offer?

If you go with one of the higher trims of the Jeep Renegade, you will be treated to even more advanced items. The Limited is next, and it is one of the best-equipped trims out there, as it has automatic headlights, roof rails, 17-inch alloy wheels, and some other optional goodies, such as black exterior trim, black 18-inch wheels, and black interior trim.
